Sharon Millican Albea sent us a great class photo to get our brains working.  I recognize lots of faces except my own..  Brings a smile to my face to see all of you so young!  So many of you look pretty much the same today!

Enjoy a stroll down memory lane..

The young man dead center on the first row has to be Freddie Marrs.   1966 photo

Just looking quickly, I know the faces, can not remember names. But I remembered a few. Is that Beverly Lane on the end? Freddie Morris?  Kathy Ribbron?   Hal Hart way in the back?  David Kent also in the back?    Hmmmm

Later, Marcia Chapman Kennison.

Tannis,

I just finished looking through Sharon's picture, and I can actually name 69 names! It's wonderful to see that picture, because I didn't even know it existed. Thank you Sharon!

I have been on the Friends of '67 list for a few years now, and I always wished we could have the same thing for the class of '69. This is so much fun!

Sharon will hopefully have other photo surprises for us in the future!  It is fun and I did find lots of faces I knew and could put names to and others I remember but names escape me.  I will have to go back and count but I don't think I can name 69!  TWP

Guess that was the great thing about just one high school!  We all funneled in from our separate starting points.   Not to mention all the others whose Dads and/or Moms brought them to our area or took them away during all our growing up years.  TWP

Thanks Tannis,

Now everyone, fess up, how many have used a magnifying glass on this picture?  Has everyone found themselves?  I pulled out the 1966 yearbook, the picture is there, there surely were a lot of us!  1966 was the first year we had a hardback annual.

Keep smiling!!

Jeannie

I'm not sure I could find myself in the 1966 photo.  I think by that time I had cut my hair and become surly so I'm unrecognizable.  The picture of Mrs. Harrison's 4th grade class was great!  My husband looked at it and said that it looked exactly like my daughter.

Rhonda,

Yep that's me in the plaid shirt. Now, you should be able to recognize two other band people in there too. Did you know that you and I were in kindergarden together? I'm uncovering some really cool stuff. :o)

Don’t you dare bring out that kindergarten stuff!  I recognize some of the faces, but I just can’t remember some of the people.
